RATE SHEET FOR EQUESTRIAN SERVICES

ALL RATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE

BOARDING:  All rates include use of turnouts, arenas & round pens, trail riding, trailer parking, and wash racks.

Barn Stalls, Mare Motels and Pipe Corrals:  All Barn, Mare Motel and Pipe Corral Board include feeding 2 times a day, daily cleaning, automatic water’s checked and cleaned daily, feeders and shared tack space.

                1)  16 x 16 Barn Stall, Attached 16 x 20 run (Must be in full training)                           $600      $550*

    3)  24 x 24 Mare Motel, Partially Covered                                                                  $475      $375

                4)  12 x 24 Mare Motel, Partially Covered                                                                  $375      $325
                     * Includes one bag of Shavings per week/stall

PASTURE:  All pasture board includes feeding 2 times a day and cleaning as needed.

    6) Private Pasture - $325/horse, minimum 2 horses                                                  $650     $600

                8) Daily Stabling in 12 x 24 Mare Motel                                                                   $  20

                9) Daily Stabling in Barn Stall                                                                                 $  25

** NOTE:  All above rates are per month, board for less than a month or departure without proper notice will be charged day rates.

Standard feed is 2 flakes of Alfalfa and/or Bermuda Grass Hay per feeding

Owner supplied supplements will be fed at either am or pm feeding for no additional charge

Alternate feeding programs are available per special arrangements with Creek Hollow Ranch.

Owner may place a private tack shed (specified size and manufacturer) in the large tack room.

Owner may supply their own shavings, or purchase shavings from Ranch for $10 per 12 cu. ft. bag.  (NO STRAW)

SERVICES:

6)       Turn-Out - 1 hour minimum                                                                $5

7)       Panel walker exercise per each                                                         $10

8)       Hand Walk exercise per each (20 minutes)                                         $10

9)       Bathe - includes mane and tail conditioner, hoof oil, fly spray               $25

10)    Grooming - 20 min, hoofpick, fly spray, treat wounds                           $15 (wound care medications and wraps additional)

11)    Golf cart charging                                                                             $25 per month

12)    Facility Use, Daily fee (no Creek Hollow services required)                   $25 per horse

13)    Facility Use, Monthly fee (no Creek Hollow services required)               $200 per horse

14)    Ranch worker assistance for farrier, vet work, dentist, etc.                    $25/hr, ¼ hr increments
